The Else or Something, devised by the ensemble, based on Emile Zola’s Germinal, produced as part of the OSU Lab Series.

Each collaborator took a turn as “captain” of the text.

Individual journeys out of the mine.

Sunlight.

Spectators were given index cards and pencils and encouraged to doodle throughout the performance and to write down reflections afterwards.
