FACILITATION AND intimacy choreography

hospitality. belonging. care. play.

CONVERSATIONS CAN BE AWKWARD.

I can help.

More often than not, creative situations require an experienced outsider to offer and uphold a structure. Boundaries and structure are crucial to sites of play and care. They’re also difficult to tend to when you’re also a participant.

When I work on your project, my priority is the well-being of all involved. If the people making the thing aren’t having a positive experience, it’s not worth making. I will do whatever it takes to protect the joy and sanity of your group.

I’m training to become an Artistic Mental Health Coordinator, and I’m certified in youth and adult Mental Health First Aide. I’ve trained with Intimacy Coordinators of Color and Theatrical Intimacy Education, completing the Educator Advocate Program in 2022, and continuing through their current diploma program.

My facilitation and event leadership are grounded in my research on hospitality and play. I approach groups with over 20 years of teaching and leading experience from various settings, from company retreats to standalone workshops, audience discussions, and leadership development seminars. I use interactive discussion, games, writing, small group activities, and non-verbal feedback models to help individuals create relationships with one another and the topic at hand.
